Richard Lawrence
London Registered Blue Badge Tourist Guide

I have lived in London for all my working life, and qualified as a Blue Badge tourist guide in 2001.

My professional background is in classical music. I was a boy chorister at Westminster Abbey and I have a degree in music from the University of Oxford. I later became Head of the Music Department at the Arts Council of Great Britain, and my involvement in choirs and choral singing continued when I was appointed Chief Executive of the internationally-known Royal School of Church Music.

I will show you round London - on foot, by taxi or by public transport. You will enjoy an informed and witty commentary at Westminster Abbey - St Paul's Cathedral - The British Museum - The Tower of London - The Victoria & Albert Museum - Tate Britain - The National Gallery.

Or how about a day trip by train to Oxford, Bath, Windsor or Hampton Court?
